Five months after signing contracts to build, we are thrilled to Welcome another wonderful couple to the Park Place Neighborhood in The Dalles, Oregon! We built The Pioneer plan with a modern exterior designed by Muddy River. Our Pre-Sold homebuilding process was on full display with this build; from choosing a lot and a plan, signing contracts to build, selecting home finishes and our final builder walk-through in anticipation of the coveted move-in day!
One week prior to move-in day we hold a final builder walk-through to answer any final questions and address concerns. Punch list items are recorded and home details are examined. We aim to build every home with an attention to detail and quality unmatched!
In March of 2021 the new homeowners took possession of their house and moved in! We are continually grateful to those who entrust us to build a lasting legacy that they can live in!
