We have been so happy with our custom-built Curtis Home! We chose to work with Curtis Homes after seeing the quality of their work on the COBA Tour of Homes. Their whole team is wonderful and helped us through the build process from design to build to punch-list items and now with our 1 year walk-through. You can tell that they really put an emphasis on both quality and design.

Bought a home from them in 2023 and they were incredibly nice and conscientious to work with. There were a number of (minor) things that needed attention when we did the walk-through and all of them were completed before we moved. Since moving in, they’ve continued to be responsive to issues as they appear, all of which are small, to be expected items. Great customer service and a solid, trouble-free home.

We hired Curtis Homes after finding a Muddy River Designs plan that we loved, and realizing the two firms were working together. Because of Curtis Homes’ business model (and because they stayed on budget), we were able to affordably build our dream home. We would not have been able to otherwise. And due to their vast experience, they walked us through the steps and took all of the stress out of the process, even though it was our first time building a house.

We have been in the house for a year now, and could not be happier. They have been quick to respond to any questions and the minor warranty repair we requested.

We are reminded every day of how fortunate we feel to have such an awesome home. And we are grateful for having had a wonderful home-building experience.

After our house fire we were stressed and Curtis Homes brought the calm. We contacted multiple design and build firms in the Gorge Area, as well as, some outside competitors and Curtis Homes provided the greatest return on investment. From day one of planning Cameron provided detailed explanations of the process steps, as well as excellent recommendations for pre build contractors (i.e. architect, surveyor, etc.) and subs. Once we completed planning and had our quote building only took 9 months that’s including weather delays and government shutdowns (covid).

During the build process I was able to meet weekly with my site lead, to discuss every detail of the design and make tweaks along the way. There were no hidden fees and costs. They have an excellent warranty and everyone on the team is reliable, friendly and great to work with. I couldn’t be more happy with how our design turned out. It looks even better than what we had on paper.

I have so many positives to say ill create a short list;

Cameron and his team are GREAT!

The Curtis Homes team is made up of polite professionals that are committed to getting the job done right. This was the first home we have had built and the CH team was there to guide and provide insight throughout the process. 

As with any complex project, challenges arose along the way, but the CH team (with Cameron in the lead) were always willing to help negotiate the challenges and resolve the issues. The CH team has been very diligent in knocking out punchlist items regardless of how big or small. We are grateful for the CH team and really happy that we built with them. We love our new home!
