Curtis Homes recently hosted a special construction class at our Rock Creek neighborhood for students from the Hood River Middle School STEM Hub and CTE program. Nearly 30 students joined us for a behind-the-scenes look at how homes come together — from framing to finishing touches.
Throughout the day, students learned about the many phases of construction and explored a variety of career opportunities within the trades. Our team shared insights into what it takes to bring a home to life, highlighting the craftsmanship, teamwork, and innovation behind every build.
To wrap up the visit, we celebrated with donuts and a friendly drill competition — complete with prizes for our fastest future builders.
