The Project Manager at Curtis Homes, LLC is a vital leadership role responsible for leading the customer experience and overseeing all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish. This position ensures each home is built with the highest quality, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Curtis Homes’ commitment to craftsmanship and customer
satisfaction. The Project Manager will manage the overall project timelines, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication to ensure a seamless building experience.
This role requires a highly organized and proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of construction operations. The Project Manager will be responsible for supervising and directing the Superintendents on maintaining project schedules, managing budgets, onboarding and contracting subcontractors, and ensuring all project details are executed efficiently. By fostering collaboration across the project management team and maintaining a customer-focused approach, this position will play a key role in delivering homes that exceed expectations.
This position follows a three-tier system, with levels determined by an individual skill set and years of experience. Advancement within the role is possible over time through continued growth and development.

The New Home Community Manager at Curtis Homes, LLC is a vital front-line ambassador of our mission to craft more than
just homes—we build legacies. This role is responsible for guiding prospective homeowners through a seamless and engaging
sales journey, from the first point of contact through home selection, contract execution, and closing.
As a trusted resource for buyers, the Community Manager plays a hands-on role in delivering an exceptional customer
experience, representing our values of transparency, collaboration, and quality at every stage. This individual will work closely
with internal teams—design, construction, marketing, and operations—as well as external partners such as lenders and title
companies, ensuring a smooth and informed process for each homebuyer.
This position requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a
